BlueBird VA is a virtual aviation community operating exclusively within the field of flight simulation. It is not a real airline, does not sell real flights, does not transport passengers or cargo, does not issue tickets and does not provide real-world aeronautical services. Pilot participation is voluntary, recreational and does not create an employment relationship with BlueBird VA.

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Do not attempt to access third-party accounts or systems.
• Do not manipulate PIREPs, hours, flights or statistics.
• Do not introduce malware or damage the service.
• Do not use BlueBird VA content or branding for impersonation.
• Comply with the published internal rules.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• The user is responsible for protecting their password.
• BlueBird VA may suspend or reject accounts for breach of rules or organizational reasons.
• Acceptance of every application is not guaranteed.
• Virtual statistics, ranks and recognitions have no economic or official value.

The code, design, texts, logos and original materials belong to their respective owners. Third-party brands, logos, aircraft, simulators and services belong to their own proprietors. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or commercial relationship. The BlueBird VA logo or visual identity may not be reused to impersonate official representation without authorization.

The underlying Virtual Airlines Manager project retains its original attribution and applicable license.

Users keep their rights over their images, screenshots or other content. By uploading them to BlueBird VA they authorize their display within the community services. Illegal, offensive or third-party rights-infringing content is not allowed. BlueBird VA may remove content that breaches these conditions.

The website may link to or integrate external services related to VA activity, such as Discord, IVAO, SimBrief and social networks. Each external service is governed by its own terms and policies.

The website and its services may experience interruptions, maintenance or errors. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Any aeronautical information, routes, charts, data or procedures shown by BlueBird VA is intended exclusively for simulation and must not be used for real-world navigation or operational decision-making.

BlueBird VA may modify the website, its services, the internal rules and this legal notice whenever necessary for operational or legal reasons.
