✈️ BlueBird VA Rules

BlueBird VA Rules

  1. Respect and coexistence.
All BlueBird VA members must treat each other with respect, politeness and courtesy at all times. Insults, discrimination, harassment, provocation, threats, abusive behavior or any conduct that harms the community environment will not be tolerated.
  2. Commitment to the airline.
Pilots are expected to maintain reasonable activity within the VA by completing flights, participating in events or interacting through the official channels. Prolonged inactivity without prior notice may result in rank loss, temporary account suspension or removal from the airline.
  3. Flight procedures.
Pilots must follow BlueBird VA operating procedures, as well as the rules of the online networks they use, such as IVAO, VATSIM or other authorized platforms. Flights must be completed and reported truthfully and honestly, without manipulating times, routes, aircraft, statistics or any other operational data.
  4. Flight reporting.
To be considered valid, a flight must meet the requirements established by BlueBird VA, including proper use of the tracking system, authorized aircraft, reasonable routing and consistent data. The administration reserves the right to review, accept or reject flights when errors, irregularities or rule violations are detected.
  5. Communication and Discord.
Membership in the official BlueBird VA Discord server is mandatory for all active pilots, as operational notices, important updates, events and support are published there. Lack of knowledge of the information posted on Discord does not exempt members from compliance.
  6. Profile and data.
Each pilot must keep their profile complete and up to date, including a valid email address, callsign, time zone and any other information required by the platform. Data must be accurate and truthful to ensure the correct operation of statistics, rankings and internal communications.
  7. Use of accounts and systems.
BlueBird VA accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access, using multiple accounts without authorization, accessing another member's account or providing false information on the platform or associated tools is prohibited.
  8. Image of BlueBird VA.
Each pilot represents BlueBird VA during flights, communications and participation in online networks or external communities. Members must always act with professionalism, respect and common sense to preserve the good reputation of the virtual airline.
  9. Events, tours and training.
Participation in official events, tours, activities and training sessions is highly recommended, as it promotes learning, cohesion and a positive atmosphere within the community. Pilots must follow the organizers' instructions and maintain appropriate conduct throughout the activity.
  10. Community conduct.
BlueBird VA promotes collaboration, fellowship, mutual support and respect among pilots. Minor offenses may result in warnings; repeated misconduct, serious offenses or any behavior that seriously harms the community may result in greater sanctions, including temporary suspension or permanent expulsion.
  11. Staff and administrative decisions.
The BlueBird VA staff is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the airline, resolving incidents, moderating the community and applying the rules when necessary. Members must respect staff decisions and, in case of disagreement, may request a review politely through the established channels.
  12. Sanctions.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in different measures depending on the severity of the violation, including informal notice, formal warning, flight rejection, loss of rank or privileges, temporary suspension or permanent expulsion. Repeated misconduct may increase the severity of the sanction applied.
  13. Rule updates.
BlueBird VA reserves the right to modify these rules when necessary to improve the operation of the airline and community coexistence. Changes will be communicated through the official channels and will be mandatory from the moment they are published.
